Data Soft Logic ("DSL", "we", "us") provides software for home health, hospice, and therapy agencies, including Home Health Centre, Hospice Centre, Therapy Centre, and our cloud platform. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites and products, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our marketing websites and the account information we collect from agency staff. Protected health information that an agency stores in a DSL product is handled under our Business Associate Agreement and the practices described on our HIPAA Compliance page.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, agency name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a demo request, support request, newsletter signup, or partner registration form.
• Account information: the credentials and profile details created when your agency sets up users in a DSL product.
• Usage information: pages visited, referring links, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and product feature usage.
• Communications: emails, call notes, and support conversations so we can follow up accurately.

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

• To respond to demo requests, quotes, and support questions.
• To provide, secure, and improve the DSL products your agency licenses.
• To send service notices, release notes, and — where permitted — marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how pages perform. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site and reloading the page.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of our sites and products from working.

5. How we share information

• Service providers who host, secure, email, and support our platform on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
• Your own agency: administrators in your organization can see activity associated with the accounts they manage.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
• Business transfers: if DSL is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

6. Data retention

We keep marketing and contact information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or anonymize it. Agency data stored in DSL products is retained according to your agreement with us and the record-retention requirements that apply to your agency.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, audit logging, and regular security review to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask that you use strong, unique passwords and notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

8. Your choices and rights

If your request relates to data inside an agency's DSL system, we will direct the request to that agency, which controls the record.

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request a correction or deletion.
• Ask us to stop processing your information for marketing purposes.
• If you are a resident of a state or country with additional privacy rights, tell us and we will honor those rights where they apply.

9. Children's privacy

Our websites are intended for healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our marketing sites.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products and the law change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account administrators by email.
